RE: Wind question
Yep I'll agree with Terrell. It doesn't hurt your learning curve to fly on windy days. But with the light wing loading of your trainer wind speed of 15mph or more makes landings a challenge to say the least. My only suggestion is if you fly on days with these windy conditions. Make the effort to keep the model near the field. A lot of beginners let the model drift down wind and don't realize how far away they have gotten. If the engine quits suddenly!!! You may not land on the field.
Takeoff's are optional, Landings are Mandatory !!!
