I had the same problem today in 35 degree weather at below 1000 foot in altitude. No icing was evident. It seemed to only happen at wide open throttle. It would idle fine. I didn't tweak the needles too hard and will try it again next weekend. BTW, I was using 15% Cool Power if it makes any difference.
