Why are there so few 1/2a flyers?
It just takes a while for the pendulum to find center again. There
are so many flyers with Cox motors NIB sitting on the shelf while
they dabble in giant gas, or burn out on the electrics to soon find
a use for the 049 / 051. Back in the 60's & 70's we were trying
to pull the std. servos and jumbo receivers around with those little engines. Thanks to Herr, House of Balsa and others we still
have a source for the 1/2 A planes. They will be built and they
will come. The micro Rx's, Nano servos are going to bring them
back.
