it looks like it might do that easily. however, as far as the ailerons go, the wing is designed to utelize the strength of the trailing edge of the wing. so when you cut it out, be sure to put a lot of support because you will be replacing support with the strain of the ailerons in flight. also, if you want to make it more point and shoot wiht less self correction, you could try putting in about 2 degrees of anhedral (wing droop) per wing to counter the high wing and low cg.
