well its not a dc 10 or the military version the kc 10 as its not a three engined tricycle geared jet so maybe you mean dc 3 which it still isnt as stated above no windows the military version-c 47 had the windows removed why you ask i guessing that its cause if the paratroppers saw all the flak down there they might have had second thoughts about jumping in to it.
