Mine is inverted. Has large fuel line. Low speed dial is exactly on center. High speed needle is 2 1/2 turns out. Turns an APC 18x12 at 8500rpm
p.s. after you get a lot of fuel through these, I've found that the low speed dial will turn on its own. I use a drop of thick CA right next to the index mark on the dial and basically CA the idle dial from turning. If you need to move it, your fingers can overpower the CA easily.
