Your specs are competing with each other.
What is the breakdown of the competition such that climb-glide is that important?
A good 3D plane will not glide well.
A good glider won't 3D well.
Devices won't work.
High AOA stuff is handled by lots of motor power, not aerodynamic finessing of the shape.
A modern fat-point forward airfoil on a LIGHT airframe will do what you want, mostly.
