That sounds like what modern TD sailplanes are looking for. My first thought would be an MH32 with a loading of 10 ozs/ft**2. Don't monkey with the LE. The stall is fine and it has a good drag bucket at RE for a 8-12" root chord.

I will take a look at the MH32. Have you flown a plane with this section?
