There is room for the clear gasket under the cylinder as well as the o-ring. But with the o-ring, the clear gasket doesn't seem necessary. It is up to you. Now that you have the same ventage AC crankcase and Cylinder, it sounds like you are well on your way to enjoying a Y-S?
