RE: Jetco Citation Plans-Advice needed
Well, that is not exactly a modern one, nor a well known one. Kit RC-4 by Jetco was built at least forty years ago. Doubtful you would find a kit, 'least yet an affordable one. There was a fellow in Washington State who was collecting Jetco, and I think Linclogs has some.
Plans are available though I don't think there is enough representation of parts in order to build one. Jetco was another of those who just added labels as to parts, and their real shape could not be determined from just the plan. You are going to have to locate someone who owns a kit, and then have all the inerns Xeroxed.
