I don't understand. I've assembled four UCD's that are out there flying with the supplied hinges and no failures.

My UCD has a Saito 100 and the original GP CA hinges all the way around and I have flown it hard all last summer, zero hinge issues. The airplane definately responds better to the Hitec digitals that replaced the HS605BB that were in it initially.
My 605s started drifting on the elv. and replaced them with JR DS811 digitals.The difference in performance and response is huge. Only one Hitech left and thats on the rudder in a pull/pull configuration and that too will be replaced. Joe
