1 cc (cubic centimeter) = 0.061024 cu (cubic inches).

The units of measure for a .46, .60 & .8 are in cu so they would be:

.46 = 7.5 cc.
.60 = 9.8 cc.
.80 = 13.1 cc.

Units of displacement would be the same regardless of engine type (2-stroke, 4-stroke, glow, gas, etc...)
