sorry i was a little brief earlier

its similar design to vertigo, wings slightly swept back and engine mounted in the middle. The engine needs to swivel freely but at the moment with the current CG its going to hit the front of the wing in the middle. I need to be able to move the CG about 1-2 inches back so it flies nicely and not uncontrollable if you get what i mean. I was wondering if reducing the size of the horizontal stabalizer might move the CG back so it is controllable rather than the CG point being 2 inches behind what makes it nice to fly
