Full charge could be in 1 hour if the battery is being charged by a rapid charger, could be 16 hours if it is a trickle charger. the battery should by warm to the touch , but not hot, when it is ready. typically you will only get a 10 minute flight if the battery is fully charged, if it is not fully charged you very well might not get off the ground. it is also important to let the battery cool before using it
