What is a semi-counterbalance as stated above on the tail?
On the Edge, the counterbalance goes all the way to the front and meets up with the LE of the stab. On an Extre 300LX or similar, the counterbalance goes only part way to the front. The h-stab has a piece that goes all the way to the end.
It's hard to explain, when I get a chance I'll take a couple pics.
