OK, I understand, if I am not mistaken, I have seen the Midwest extra with an elevator like that. WHat is the benefit? The edge has a lot of control and responsiveness with the full counterbalance.
No particular benefit except that it is closer to scale, that's really the only reason.
Someday, somebody is going to complain "but it's not really scale, see those tail feathers!" about the Special, and I'll be able to point to the 300LX and say "well we have a scale one for you too!".
