Hi you guys!
Would you like it from the horse's mouth with a good guarantee?
This is tried and true>
Incidence>
Top wing> +2 deg
Bottom wing> 0 deg.
Horizontal stanilizer> +3 deg
Balance>
On side view, from high point of each airfoil strike a line connecting.
If wings are equal size mark line at 50% point. Strike a horizontal
line at that point ( some lower wings are 2/3 of uppper. In that case
measure up the line 2/3 and put H lione there)
From the line intersection drop a vertical line to fuselage bottom. Mark that point.
You need a number such as 10% of the wing chord, say 1.5"
Take the fuselage with all on it except the wings and from the exsisting
mark make another 10% forward from it. This is balance point.
Teeter the fuselage on a stick to find fore and aft balance./
Adjust balance to match the 10% forward mark
Engine thrust> zero deg. (straight)
How' zat?
Be interesting to hear what happens if you use this arrnagement, OK?
Good luck and be good!
Hal
