i would like to build a tiger 2 and put retracts (tricycle) in it. there is some thinking to do, and im sure i will figure it out sooner than later. i know that in the bay right behind the firewall, is home to the battery and the fuel tank in the standard version. if i was to build this, i would make the lower half of the bay hallow to receive the gear, and above have the battery. there is one problem, where will i put the fuel tank. i have thought about in the wings, but there is already to much going on in there with the mains retracts ect. so what i think i will do is have a med size tank right behind the firewall, and maybe a header tank in the servo bay area with the receiver battery, but i might not even need the extra tank at all. from what i have seen, my OS .46 FX is pretty good on fuel. anyone have any suggestions? also what is the thickness of the fuselage behind the firewall? thanks
