yup, ive already done that, i called a few days ago and left a msg, just waiting for em to call back. I was just thinking... could the wires on the motor be reversed?? I would think that if they were wired wrong right now, the motor would not work at all, or it would spin backwards or something weird like that. I'm also going to try and cycle the battery a few times, just charge it, and run the plane on like 1/4 throttle till it dies. Maybe the pack just needs to be completely emptied, then charged a few times. Thanks for your help.
