Push-pull.
Tail is sized the same way as a "normal" plane, 20% or so of the wing area.. Vertical 10% or so..
Tail moment about 2.5 chords..
Nose should be a bit longer... the aft mounted motor and booms moves the c.g. way back there!
Expect to use ballast.
