RE: hobbico mkII and li-poly?
I am really interested in this reply. I am a newbie and I bought a Li-Poly pack and a Hobbico Quick Field Charger Mk II because people on this site reported that it is capable of charging Ni-Cad, NiMH, and LiPoly batteries. In the instructions that accompany the charger, it descibes how to charge Lithium Ion batteries and it says specifically not to try to charge other types of lithium batteries with this charger. My understanding is that many people here at RCU use this charger with LiPoly batteries with good results. So where is the error? Can I use this charger with my LiPoly battery or not?
