You need a klunk line to the bottom which is also your fill line.. Then just pressurize the can with a basket ball pump or any other air pump.

I have two different setups. The one I use the most is just the Dubro gas can, but I don't use the squeeze bulb, I use a small hand pump, Wal-mart $4.00


Air in one side gas out the other.........
