Default Spring Starter Problems

I have an orange case Sachs 5.2 chainsaw chopout.
The bearing to the spring starter keeps sliding out. What is suppose to hold this bearing on the shaft. I bought this engine from a hobby shop that went out of business and have nowhere to turn. The motor runs great when running, it will turn a 26 x 10 at 6200 rpms all day long, but two trips to the field in my Stearman the bearing slips and will not hold. I don't want to spend the money on an ignition. What should I do?

Oh, also what is the fix when one of the 6 bolts that secure the prop on the prop hub get stripped? I am using 10 x 24 bolts.
