COMPATIBILITY: The transmitter and receiver must be compatible. I use a JR transmitter. I use Jr receivers and Hitec receivers that are COMPATIBLE with JR. I ask the salesperson specifically for that compatibility. After the receiver, the servos and ESC(in electric) must have the ground wires all lined up like lownslo said. Then they will work together. I've had no reason to try Airtronics, Futaba, GWS, Jeti, Dymond, FMA, or MPI but would not be afraid to ask the sales person or dealer, or order taker about compatibility.
