I had an experience that I didn't really like with a balsa company last month, even purchased $100 worth of wood from their competitor. They sent me a coupon for quite a savings after I called the boss and explained why they didn't get my order. I will give them another try next time.

If you don't like the service, explain it to the boss. If the guy giving you the attitude is the boss, go somewhere else.

Its a small world, they won't last long if they don't take care of the customers.
