I agree that being helpfull to any customer should be a line of thought for any manager/boss, regardless of being a beginner or not. I guess that most of the times we are mistreated, we deal with the sales guys that don't give a S....t about begineers, specially if we come up with more questions than $$$$. These sales guys don't care about building a long term customer but just the % they get on the present sale.
I would even suggest here, to be created within RCUniverse, some "RC customer rates" about rc business, which could give us some reference about other guys esperience and avoid bad business, just like "better business bureau" entity does.
If nobody complains and put pressure on it, no better treatment!
