Also, if you cant start it still, loosen the glow plug about 1/4 or 1/2 of a turn. That should be tight enough to start it as long as you tighten it back right away. But make sure you get it up to operating temps fast! Also, regular blow dryers only heat up to about 130, so hold it on the crank case for about 5 minutes (maybe less) and that should help a bit (if I cant start my engine that always helps).
