Can anyone suggest a 25-30% pilot bust for my Eagle. I prefer pre painted.
Also Which one is on the box cover?
Thanks,
Will
Not sure which one is the Pilot on the cover but I used a female pilot from www.litepilots.com Awesome Pilot but pricey. Will post pictures soon.
Well, my Eagle is ready to be maidened. Have not weighed it yet, but balanced fine with the DA 50 on the nose, ignition mounted on the box, ignition battery (JR Nicad 4.8V 1100 mah) behind tank and radio battery (6V 2700 mah NIMH from radical rc) under canopy together with rx and throttle and choke servo. Used a tru turn ultimate spinner and Biela 22x10 prop. The supplied spinner does not fit the wider props like Biela or Menz.
Had the same problem like everybody else with the cabane hole allignement, but it wasn't to bad. Everything alligned well.
Incidence was right on too. 0 at the lower wing and -0.5 on top.
I did set my throws as per manual. Has anybody tried to go higher on high rates ? How does it behave ?
Pictures and maiden report to follow as soon as the weather is game and the winds get below 20mph.
