(~ means varies with below)

Drag ~ V^2

Gravitational Force = G * Mearth * Mobject / r^2 = g * Mobject

Terminal velocity is when, Drag = Gravitational force, so...

V^2 ~ Mobject
V ~ sqrt(Mobject)

.... terminal velocity varies with the sqrt of mass.

It also varies with drag coefficient and air density.
