I think we've all had bad experiences with companies. Other people have good experiences with the same companies. I don't see the point of publicly bashing a company unless they actually cheated a person somehow. I decide for myself who to do business with and don't usually let other people's opinions affect that unless there is an overwhelming number of bad reports.
