The Fuji 50 will fly the CE just fine. I have one in my GP Pitts, it doesn't have unlimited vertical, but its good enough for my flying. I did a static thrust check the other day and got 18.5 - 19 lbs @ 6900 rpm. The plane weighs approx 18 lbs.
