Default HELP World models cap 232

Hi all,
I just brought a wolrd models cap 232 40 size and the covering is riddled with wrinkles. I have tried shrinking them with an iron, which got rid of them for a while until I put the model in the sun to run the new motor in! Within 5-10 min the wrinkles reappeared, what can i do to stop this happening? As the sun is pretty savage here in australia! I've had other ARF's built buy world models and never had this problem, is this common or have I recieved a dud from the factory? I also had other problems with this one, such as the diheadral brace which had different angles on the top and bottom. Which prevented the wing joining properly. Also the pre drilled holes for the wing bolts were in the wrong spot and had to be elongated to get the wing to align perfectly. Has anyone else had these problems with ARF's?
