Jim take off everything that does not look like a airplane engine, and see what you have. There may be a real good engine hiding under that wraper. A lot of Stihl engins make very good aircraft engines. Put on a couple pictures if you can after you undress it. I am sure some one will have a good idea what it will take to make it fly.
