RE: Hyper 7 PBS Steering Servo Question
I've been running a Hitec 645MG steering servo (133 oz/in of torque at 6.0V) and an Airtronics Z590 throttle/brake servo (85 oz/in of torque @ 6.0V) along with my Team Orion 1200 Ni-mh pack. I get a full day worth of bashing and then some off one charge. To effectively turn a 8 pound buggy at speed, a steering servo with 100 oz/in of torque should be considered mandatory. The rechargeable Ni-mh packs carry more than enough juice to keep you pointed in the right direction and should last thru most bashing sessions.
