I'd use Performance Plus (or similar) 10% fan fuel, and the McCoy or Hangar-9 #9 plug. Any good 12v heavy duty starter should work. The Byron wand isn't compatible (unless you modity it substantially), but the YAC, JMP or BVM starter wands will work fine. Keep the tips lubed with vaseline. Hope this helps.
