Before i get started i have searched for this topic and cant find it.

I got an evader bx today, and im trying to tune it well. I have the high speed needle set right but not sure if I need to be messing with the low speed. When I give it gas from an idle it bogs down a little and then revs up fast. DO i need to adjust low speed needle or is that still a high speed needle problem? Thanks for any help, its appreciated.
