Default RE: Yellow Aircraft F-16 Starting equipment??

1. What size RX battery should I run, The usual servo count + fuel mix & retracts
as big as you want. i run an 1800 ma 5 cell. a 4 cell would be fine too. typically use the larger battery for the nose weight and balance

2. What type of fuel for OS91 and DYNA fan
5%-10% nitro, 20% oil

3 What type of Glow plug
mc coy mc-9, get a bunch of them

4 What type of starter Sullivan?? Sulli Dyna??
i use a dyna with a tractor battery and still have to loosen the plug to start the motor, expecially when they are new and tight.

5 will a byron wand work?? Or do I need to purchase the Yellow wand or does someone have an extra one they would like to sell??
nope, a YAC, or BVM the JMP is pretty thick

6 The jet comes with Futaba servos, My JR8103 PCM will work fine with these servos as long as i cut the lip on the side??
they will work fine

break the engine in with a few runs at high setting. then really take your time to get the low end set right. make sure you can idle for a full minute plus then throw the stick to full throttle without any problems. typically i have to turn the low end in about 3/4 of a turn. DF life is so much better with an reliable idle.
