When my instructor trained me he always talked to me during the flights. This way I would learn to keep my concentration on the plane even though other things are going on. This really helps preventing a crash from loss of concentration but when i crashed my first plane it was the result of a servo failure on the elevator. No amount of concentration can bring that one back
