There is not a set standard for the direction the servo rotates. I know Hitec and Futaba each rotate in the opposite direction, I do not know about the other brands. It is not a function of the transmitter or type of shift, just the way the servos are wired internally. With servo reversing switches on most moder transmitters, this is usually not a problem.
