Default Weeks Solution X verses GP Pitts Special

This plane was designed for the D&B 3.7 twin...But a G62 will fly it well.........I wanted one of these the first time I saw it fly.......Warren Thomas at the sticks.....I have never seen a Biplane land this slow.......Mind you the kit is not the easiest thing to build.........But is very light and strong.......A few years back this was THE PLANE........I understand the new GP PItts was designed for a G45 or so and I saw a few of them at Joe Nall.....
Reminds me alot of the size of a byron.......But the X is kind of a Pitts /Ultimate Hybrid............The Larger Wings and Lighter loading ...make it much more precise in flight. Of course you've got to build it....and cover it .......But there is no doubt it is a SUPER Biplane...Probably all up weight under 20 lbs
