I've watched a friend fly his the last two weekends and my idea
is that the largest area of the rudder is 3" above the horz. stab.
In a hover mode, the wing and bottom of stab is washing air
away from the rudder. The Caps and Edges must have a good
thing with their rudder location.
A similar thing happened with elevator control on my T-Tail high
start gliders, that the wing would wash air away from the elev.
during the climb-out.
I didn't see the other threads. What was their solution ?
