I take this to mean that it is not legal for the glider guys to catch their models as they aproach for landing? Too bad, I had a lot of fun being the catcher for a good friend of mine several years ago. I was never worried about injury to myself. I was always worried about the leading edge being damaged if I didn't grab the nose properly.
