I didn't know Sachs cranks can't be straightened...Tell that to all the customers who I have straightened Sachs, Zenoah, Quadra,Ryobi,3W, FPE, and Husky cranks for..[8D]
The balance factor on some of the A&M cranks was also wrong..The 5.8 A&M would shake the airplane apart.....And sending some of the engines out timed at up to 50 degrees BTDC with that Rube Goldberg linkage setup did nothing for longevity...
It's easier to straighten a Brison crank because the material is not as hard as a Sachs or Husky crank...
