you might want to look into getting a few more planes before your first warbird.
Don't rush into something you can't handle. Build something like a the SIG 4* and then maybe move on to the warbird if you feel you are ready. You also may want time on a taildragger.
Warbirds are not meant for aerobatics byond simple stuff like loops and rolls. They are generally heavy and hard to fly.
I too am looking at starting warbirds. I so far have flown a trainer and the Great Planes Easy Sport. I am now almost done with my Tower Hobbies Uproar. When I finish building that I am going to start on a BV-141 from plans
