so i was looking at 4 types,

hard
med

and tow where mixed.
med center hard outsides
med outsides hard centers.

now I could be absolutely wrong but I would think the hard outside (grey) would work better on faster tracks with looser turns keeping the edge stiff yet more give for the bumps in the middle and the softer med (blue) edges would be better for a tighter slower track?

then again i could have that completely backwards?

so if most people use just the supplied hard foams (grey) with their tires what is the advantage to having these or disadvantage? must be something to those who end up buying these mixes or just a all med insert as well.??
