I'm going to jump in with my usual recommendation; the Great Planes Super Sportster. Take a look at it, similar flight characteristics to the 4 *, but a LOT better looking.

It needs to be landed a bit faster than the 4*, but it's a delight to fly, and the 46 is more than enough power! My first one flew really well with an OS 40FP. Just bought a new one this last year and fly it with a 54 four stroke.
