There is a screw. I don't remember if it is in the center of the the throttle arm or weather it is a set screw on the side but regardless, just loosen it , reposition the arm and retighten it. You will have to make sure it will open and close the carb barrel after you reposition it. Take a good look at it you will see what I mean. It's very easy.
