As an owner of a Magic I'm biased, but I just read (quickly) through that article and I don't see how it was so bad?

He talked about a few negatives (wing dowel/ gas tank, space between covering, and bad instructions) but I think every plane made has some complaints. Especially instruction clarity.

Bas', I think you'll be happy with your Magic. Although, I'm a little jealous. When I bought mine, it was a two piece wing that I had to glue together. It looks like they are one piece now.
