Has anyone tried the no-heat trim solvent from Sonic Tronics, or is this the same stuff as the MonKote trim solvent?
I have used No Heat from LDS, maybe it's the same stuff you're referring to.

Anyway, it is NOT the same stuff as MonoKote trim solvent, although it works about the same for a lot of applications. The reason I know it's not the same stuff is I tried to follow [link=http://www.top-flite.com/reviews/trimgraphics.html]Ann Marie's instructions for doing trim[/link] on the MonoKote site, and it didn't work. She says to let the trim solvent evaporate before you put the trim on. With MonoKote trim solvent, that works, because it leaves other chemicals on the surface. With No Heat, if you let it evaporate, it's gone, leaving nothing to stick the trim on.

But otherwise, it works fine, and I used it for years without realizing the difference.
