That's some piece of work, looks good. Guess it is a little smaller than a Cessna. Below are some setups. The batteries are not going to be real happy (hot, be sure to provide some cooilng air) with any of them. I'd start with the 15x12 to give the batteries a break. Also, if I'm not mistaken the speed control has a maximum rating of 40A.
